Primary Responsibilities:

• Help drive the development of automation opportunities, new concepts, technologies and products to better achieve our contractual requirements and meet emerging customer requirements
• Provide technical support for application development and added functionality for e.g. data analysis, query generation, testing
• Support and develop quality assurance solutions for our applications and processes
• Process optimisation
• Collaboration with business and IT Stakeholders across OptumRx teams
• Driven, self-starter, who can demonstrate initiative

• Experience in analytical roles (e.g. business analysis, data science, data analytics)
• Solid experience with any of the following: SQL (preferred), Python (preferred), or R
• Strong BI experience: Tableau (preferred)
• Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong communication skills, able to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines
• Ability to interpret, review, and translate data into clear business insights

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking or Telco
• Experience in Azure, Tableau, Alteryx or VBA desirable
• Undergraduate degree in a numerical subject (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics)
