Pramerica is seeking a Senior HR Analyst to support the PGIM Global Human Resources Business and Data Analysis team

Our Role:
- We are looking for a collaborative, inquisitive and technical professional like you to fulfill the role of Senior Analyst within the PGIM Global Human Resources Business and Data Analysis team. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues from around the world and gain exposure to HR technology, data, and practices across different geographies. You will develop innovative solutions in support of PGIM’s dynamic business strategy and manage established HR business and data analysis processes.
- Responsibilities include working with internal teams and clients to execute initiatives and creatively solve PGIM people-related data and systems challenges. You will work with HR regional teams and corporate partners to ensure the delivery of data and system front-end and integration capabilities and to identify requirements for future enhancements.
- Are you analytical, curious, and detail-oriented? This role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities, a continuous improvement mindset, and strong learning agility and technical skills, with demonstrated proficiency in business analysis and testing, and willingness to develop skills in VBA, SQL, Python, and data analysis tools.
- Standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5 pm GMT (flexibility is required with these hours).
- Initially the role will be fully remote due to the current Covid-19 restrictions. Longer term this role is primarily based at our offices in Letterkenny but with the flexibility to work remotely.
- Strong business analysis and testing skills required.
- Advanced skills in SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel required.
- Experience with a programming language required. Willingness to develop skills in VBA, Python, or other programming tools. Familiarity with XML a plus.
- Experience with Prudential Human Resources systems: Workday, Power BI, or other data analytics tools a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and ability to see the big picture.
- Able to manage work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities and flexible to work extended hours as needed.
- Highly motivated and action-oriented with strong creative problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar technical role. Experience in Human Resources preferred.
- Financial services industry and/or global experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
