A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Business Analyst to join an international Insure-Tech company. This is a newly created role for a Senior Business Analyst who can build strong relationships with clients and vendors and ensure smooth delivery of product implementations. In this Business Analyst role you will work with customizable products and your role will be to understand the functionality of the platform and translate that to business leaders.

The organisation are at a key growth stage, looking to expand their technical team two fold in the next 18months. As they are post start-up phase with strong funding and significant backing from business partners, they are looking to bring in talent that can revolutionize the organisation and will flourish in this exciting growth stage.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between internal and external technical and business teams
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business on large scale projects
• Take on the key role of Senior BA in a functional capacity for clients
• Foster a positive working relationship with all members of the team
• Provide strategic direction and guidance for the BA function as the team grows

Requirements:

• A positive can do attitude and ability to assist other areas of the business as needed
• 5+ years in a Business Analyst role (Client facing)
• Significant experience in cloud services – Application as a Service, Platform as a Service or Software as a Service
• Understanding of Insure Tech or Fintech is an added bonus but not essential
• Knowledge of working with APIs and Microservices advantageous
