MuleSoft is looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join our expanding Training and Certification team to transform data into insights that lead to business value. You will work with the Training Data & Integration Strategy Team, contributing to strategic data and integration projects that have a direct impact on the speed and scale of our growth as a team and as a company.
This role will also work closely with the Sr. Director of Training Operations and the Sr. Director of Training Portfolio to contribute to our success by developing reports and dashboards. You will analyse data patterns and provide insights by translating data into business and vice versa. This role will report to the Senior Director of Global Training Data & Integration Strategy.
In this role you will work on high impact business projects with high visibility, used by MuleSoft and Salesforce executive teams, which impact all functions of our business. In addition, you will often be responsible for addressing and solving ad-hoc/unstructured problems in a highly fast paced environment, requiring quick turnaround and partnership with key stakeholders across the company. You will develop and present options, and recommend solutions to key senior stakeholders.

Must-have technical skills:
- 5+ years of BI or Data Analytics experience with tools like Tableau or similar
- Good understanding of relational and dimensional data models
- Experience developing BI applications, delivering BI infrastructure and building best practices.
- Sound understanding of BI concepts and proven success in working with different technology (including new software tools and systems implementations)
- Proficiency in SQL, SAQL, Python, R, Advanced Excel, Data visualisation is a must
- Experience with various database technologies such as MySQL and Snowflake
