Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing Strategy

Department Description:

The Global Digital Enablement team sits within the Marketing organisation at Salesforce and is made up of a small group of Digital Strategy experts helping drive the globalisation of our digital experience. We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, upbeat team member who can help drive our global digital transformation through the implementation of our own market-leading marketing solutions.

Your Impact - Responsibilities:

  • Work with a variety of partners on defining global product requirements for multi-channel digital infrastructure and marketing technology (CMS, AdTech, Marketing Automation, etc) and the internal process for rollout and implementation.
  • Lead the communications program for the Global Digital Enablement team to ensure our field marketers are in the know about how globalisation efforts are progressing
  • Lead all initiatives to ensure measurement of the progress on our Global Digital programs
  • Identify areas for process improvement and work with partners to implement optimisations

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience - preferably in a key position at a technology organization or at a digital marketing agency.
  • You're a T-shaped marketer - you have experienced knowledge in at least one area of marketing but also understand the fundamentals across a wide number of marketing functions (especially Digital) with an ability to join the dots.
  • Experience and competence matter a lot more than deep educational pedigree for this role

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working within an international context
  • Resourceful and strategic in managing a wide range of partners around the world.
  • Proven track record of success delivering marketing programs that deliver against important metrics
  • Excellent written communication, presentation, storytelling and project management skills with the desire and experience to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • A great mix of Creative, Analytical, and data-driven, with the ability to gather and understand key data and insights to report out on.
  • Experience with marketing automation, digital advertising, and analytics platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress, Tableau, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Marketing Platform, etc.
