SAP SF Junior Business Analyst

A vacancy has arisen for a SAP Successfactors Junior Business Analyst at Glanbia Business Services based on a permanent basis in Ireland.

 

While likely to be initially working remotely due to current restrictions, the base location of the role will be Citywest, Dublin 24 OR Kilkenny, upon return to the workplace with a blended working arrangement available through our Smart working model which allows you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.

 

The successful person will join at a truly exciting time. We have just begun our HR transformation journey as we begin to roll out Successfactors to the organisation over the next 1-2 years.

 

Key Elements of the Role

 

  • SuccessFactors Analyst to work alongside HR systems colleagues during implementation of Employee Central and to eventually support Employee Central post go-live.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central module highly desirable. Experience of any other SuccessFactors modules an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM also an advantage.
  • Experience in configuring and supporting SuccessFactors modules and in particular Employee Central.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that SuccessFactors application meets business requirements.
  • Liaise with our remote team members in Ireland/USA/ASPAC during implementation of the project.
  • Experienced with analysing and implementing changes that arise from the SuccessFactors twice yearly releases.
  • Develop relationships with Business Unit management and Key Users to drive the effectiveness of the SuccessFactors solution.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Integrations to SAP HCM system and with 3RD party vendors and work closely with technical resources to ensure any issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Working on SuccessFactors reporting and analytics, should be able to configure and execute ad hoc reports.
  • Proactively identifies process improvements including clear and concise solution definitions.
  • Identifies the training needs of end users and provide the necessary system and end user training and documentation
  • Log issues with SAP directly and follow up to resolution.
  • Involved in the future strategic direction of the application roadmap to identify future impacts/changes.
  • Access to SAP Learning will be provided to become certified in applicable SF modules.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related discipline

 

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in hands-on configuration and implementation roles within the SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Experience working in SAP HCM prior to working in SuccessFactors is an advantage.
  • Experience working in other similar cloud solutions an advantage.
  • Integrations experience highly desirable.
  • Experience in a similar project or support role would be a distinct advantage.
