The Salesforce Administrator / Developer will join a global team who develop functional enhancements and optimization of the Salesforce Applications for the global business. Responsibilities:
- Resolution of incidents within SLA
- Develop solutions to solve business problems and enhance performance
- Develop and implement application test plans
- Completion of requests raised by Salesforce Application business users
- Problem management and identifying potential issues
- Pro-active approach to ensuring the reliability of the Salesforce Application
- Provide support and advice to other development / support teams
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Salesforce Administration OR Development OR Support
- Salesforce Certified (Admin OR Developer)
- Be able to proactively manage and priorities workload
- Experience providing Salesforce Application support and advice
- Experience in a multinational organization
