Sales Manager - German or French

Our sales teams are also experiencing phenomenal growth and as a result looking to hire  driven, self-motivated sales managers. You will lead a team of high performing, multi tiered inbound & outbound Account Executives who are focused on growing France and Germany. You will play a key role in ensuring the achievement of significant revenue growth targets that support AC company objectives in a fast-paced and dynamic market. 

  • Coach, mentor, and manage a team of multi-tiered Account Executives and Sales Development Representative to hit and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Leverage data and business insights to increase sales approach and effective sales activity
  • Provide regular and on-time reporting of key performance metrics on pipeline and forecast management
  • Monitor and refine processes, metrics and tools to maximize success on the sales team
  • Ongoing development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new reps
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders and other cross functional stakeholders to build scalable process, to effectively support the business
  • 6+ years experience in solution/value selling with at least 2+ years scaling and managing a successful sales team
  • Language capabilities
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS industry highly preferred
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in past roles
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Skilled at hiring, recruiting, and retaining top talent that encompass ActiveCampaign’s core values, as well as, add a positive and diverse approach to the team
