Sales Development Representative - German Speaking

This role reports directly to one of two SDR Managers in the EMEA office, who also manages our one current DACH SDR.

  • Actively manage your sales pipeline of inbound leads
  • Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads
  • Seamlessly transition qualified leads to senior sales teams & close smaller more transactional deals by owning the sales cycle from start to finish
  • Make 50-100 calls/day
  • Run discovery calls and collect critical information
  • Answer questions about platform features
  • Effectively plan your daily and weekly call schedule to ensure all inbound leads are promptly followed up
  • Fluent in English & German
  • At least one year of sales experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to relate to others
  • Positive attitude and highly motivated to reach/exceed quota
  • An inquisitive nature and a passion for understanding what makes a prospects business successful and/or unsuccessful
  • Highly coachable, eager to learn and grow their career
  • Willingness to work closely with others in a collaborative manner
