RevOps Analyst

Job Description

Zendesk is looking for a dynamic person that is excited to learn more about the world of deals and contracts. As a RevOps Analyst, you will help support sales reps in our Quote to Bill process and ensure deals align with corporate strategies and will pass Finance audits.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Guide sales reps through the deal flow process from Quote to Bill
  • Act as a trusted advisor to quota-bearing sales reps and help them craft Service Orders (contracts)
  • Review contracts to ensure it conforms to Finance Audit reviews and Revenue Recognition policies 
  • Partner with Sales and Support teams to ensure all customer accounts are properly provisioned
  • Partner with Support Advocacy team, Sales  to respond and provide solutions to customer’s request
  • Collaborate with global teammates in different time zones and cross-functional stakeholders across the company (Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and communication with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure smooth transitions of information and documentation between Sales, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, Legal, and Commissions
  • Manage ad-hoc finance projects and work with Biz-Ops and SKU testing and new product and features release.

 

What you bring to the role:

Recent experience with Billings/Operations/Sales Ops role or similar. Experience in a high growth SaaS company would be valuable, but not essential to be successful in this role. A successful candidate would be able to deal with ambiguity and change with a desire to understand and positively challenge and evolve processes. 

  • Experience working closely with quota bearing sales reps
  • Ability to stay organized and easily manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously for multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to think fast and flexibly adapt to the situation
  • Able to work in unstructured environments but can adapt to processes quickly

  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills & experience in building relationships with and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Works well cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal
  • Detail-oriented but also able to understand bigger picture
  • Experience working with G-Suite Sheets, Docs, and Slides preferred
  • Technical expertise of Zuora Subscription billing 
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZQuotes (Zuora) and Conga also a plus
