We understand it can be difficult returning to the workplace can be after an extended career break.

Our award-winning ReConnect programme supports talented and experienced professionals to return to work. You’ll have been out of work for a minimum of 12 months and up to 10 years.
 
About the Programme


We’ll provide the support you need to find your feet, this includes:

 

  • Flexible and Agile working options including extended leave during school holidays.
  • A mentor to support you in your first 6 months
  • Access to internal learning resources
  • You would also be able to avail of the exclusive Pay as You Go plan, PAYG Connected, is specifically designed with Irish job seekers in mind, offering unlimited data, unlimited calls and unlimited texts for just €15 top up every 4 weeks for six months. Details of this is available on our website, eligible customers can avail of the PAYG Connected plan by filling out an online form which requires their name, phone number, email address and a screenshot of their MyWelfare benefit claim to jobseekers.offer@vodafone.com.

 

About you
•  You have previous experience in a similar/corporate environment for example; Technology, Business/Project Management, Enterprise Sales, Service Management, Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal etc.

•  You are currently on a career break which has been for a  minimum of 12 months up to 10 years

•  You are looking to transition back into professional work
