Quality & Risk Management (QRM) – Enabling Operations Analyst

Area Responsibilities

Operations Delivery

  • Execute key quality and risk program activities including compliance tracking, scheduling, maintaining information/tools, managing KPIs
  • Work with Quality & Risk leaders to ensure critical issues are managed quickly and efficiently.
  • Participate on key initiatives to develop and implement QRM processes and tools
  • Provide first line support to client facing and other operational teams for QRM related activities
  • Support Quality & Risk leaders in development of high-quality presentations and reports

Reporting

  • Conduct QRM reporting including delivery of key dashboards/KPIs to consulting leadership
  • Maintenance and analysis of key quality and risk data
  • Manage QRM schedules for delivery of key reporting and Quality Assurance and Risk programs, working with key stakeholders for inputs and participation as required

Learning

  • Assist the quality and risk leads with the development and execution of the QRM communications plan.
  • Maintain QRM collateral including training materials, guidebooks, QRM portal and process documentation
  • Support delivery of training as required

Team

  • Engage with other members of the QRM team providing training and coaching to enable them to act as support/cover when required
  • Build capability across other areas of QRM to provide support/cover to other members of the QRM team in delivery of their activities
  • Evidenced interest in Quality and/or Risk through work experience or recent training / courses undertaken
  • Experience of executing key operational activities within a fast moving environment
  • Quality focused approach with a strong commitment to service excellence and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills including use of key office tools such as excel and powerpoint
  • Willingness and ability to build expertise and to take on new activities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to handle changing workloads to balance project delivery and operational needs
  • High performing, responsible self-starter with problem solving abilities, proactive, curious and ability to take initiative
