We have an immediate need for a Product Owner to develop valuable additions to our growing suite of products. This highly impactful role sits within the Hardware/IOT product team. You will be responsible for clearly defining the next generation of hardware devices’ functionality and the server-side infrastructure support of said devices, by working with (and leading) cross-functional teams to define and ensure the success of our fleet management products. You will need to be self-directed, collaborative and able to cultivate strong relationships with teams and partners.
Detailed responsibilities will include:
• Define product requirements – writing and prioritizing use cases.
• Collaborate within your cross-functional team to produce market leading user experiences which solve customer needs and market problems.
• Write Agile based Epics/Stories that conform to best practices,including acceptance criteria, positive and negative paths, etc.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize feature development, support execution plans and ensure that the developed product is quality assured following the Hardware/IOT roadmap.
• Partner with Product Managers, Development, UX, Installation and Deployment teams, to understand customer needs and envision new product solutions.
• Incorporate feedback & input from customers, partners and teams on product requirements.
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule. Gather customer feedback, run advisory sessions, UAT sessions and measure/manage NPS post launch.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to understand product performance/uptime/usage post launch.
• Identify root cause of product issues and manage customer expectations.
• Synthesize your own analysis and succinct recommendations for a path forward.
• Partner on product documentation during the Go-to-Market process for new features.
• Operate in a highly matrixed, globally distributed organization.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Effectively communicate the roadmaps, product plans, project status updates and timelines to internal stakeholder teams in order to ensure alignment and cross-group readiness.

You’ll need to have...
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Experience of serving as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Project Manager within a technical environment.
• Experience of working in an Agile & Lean/Kanban product dev environment, interacting with both hardware and software development processes.

• Experience of working in an SOA environment.
• Basic understanding of modern software development technologies and languages.
• A Master's degree in Computer Science or an Engineering discipline, or extensive practical experience working with IOT solutions.
