Product Manager

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

  • Translate Zalando Group Strategy into a strategic roadmap for our Product Platform that delivers a superior customer experience and operations vs. any competing online or offline experience.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the entire company (Customer Experience, Brands, Partner Program, Fulfilment, Data Science teams).
  • Identify and align competing priorities for the future, as well as between global vs. local initiatives.
  • Help us master our product culture across Zalando by developing and hiring product talent and facilitating product processes that create remarkable impact for our customers at scale, ultimately building The Starting Point for Fashion.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience working on complex data and infrastructure products with platform teams and services is desirable.
  • An experienced, data driven and highly collaborative Principal Product Manager with a strong growth mindset and a track record in shipping customer and business impact at scale.
  • You break down complex problems by applying logical and easy to understand frameworks.
  • Experience of working with multiple engineering teams, steering product direction from discovery to delivery.
  • Experience in defining and delivering on a product vision and strategy, and the patience to work with competing priorities to deliver value to customers. You can maximise medium-to-long term impact of the work you do with your partner teams.
  • Solid experience in measuring the success of your products across large scale releases and continuous optimisation.
  • Experience in an e-commerce domain is a plus.
