Duties & Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers of the digital engagement platform, and with the agile team to manage joint objectives to continuously release business value.
• Create requirements to support agile teams and coordinate roadmap updates.
• Drive your portfolio of products vision to support commercial opportunities and user growth of the Teckro digital engagement platform.
• Define key operational metrics and establish an efficient process to track progress and report regularly on these metrics.
• Foster collaboration within the team, across the organisation, and throughout the product lifecycle.
• Scope solutions to their smallest coherent state to fast-track product features/enhancements to unblock adoption and drive up customer satisfaction.
• Define go-to-market strategy with the wider business, and lead design discussions.
• Coordinate effective internal product communication and information delivery across all business stakeholders.

• 5+ years of product management, product ownership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience building/shipping technical products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to easily switch between thinking creatively and analytically
• Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and fast paced environment
