Product Manager / Business Analyst

Our client has been on a significant digital transformation of their servicers and now wants to appoint Product Manager / Business Analyst on a contract basis. The role will focus on the optimisation of their digital experiences, informed by data analytics and insights from the wider community of partners. The focus of the project will be to deliver a truly world-class digital experience for visitors to their digital channels.

The expected services which the Product Manager/ Business Analyst should provide will be principally:

  • Manage feature development and their implementation for the organisation's consumer facing websites across multiple agile teams, collaborating with their development partners and ICT delivery teams.
  • Champion and lead the innovation and development for a new .com website. Represent the Digital team and business in all interactions throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Manage the implementation of personalisation across the digital eco-system.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the digital channel, content, and data strategies.
  • Ensure website digital content management system integrates seamlessly with front end websites.
  • Work with the Digital Performance Team to optimise our consumer websites UX/UI.
  • Input into the optimisation and management of the Content Pool (Digital Asset management system).
  • A minimum of 7 years of related experience building a superb online presence in the marketplace.
  • A track record of strong organisation skills in delivering similar Product Management or Business Analysis services, using agile methodology on a large-scale project.
  • Ability to communicate with individuals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds to progress project and make decisions.
  • Have analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and website Content Management.
  • Professional writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong Digital Marketing Acumen.
  • Experience working cross functionally with other teams and stakeholders.
