Job Description

To further strengthen our position as key market player in Europe, we are looking for an POS Inventory and Finance Analyst (FTC 12 months)

Main Responsibilities

ELI/System Related

• Day to day management internal inventory system ELI
• Monitoring and processing daily file feeds between Elavon and Deployment vendors, monitor and analyse stock movements, upload new stock deliveries and reconcile back to supplier shipping paperwork, work though unresolved discrepancy through to resolution
• Capture RCA and drive reduction with the deployment vendors
• Responsible for managing outage situations, communicating with various internal teams as well as external vendors, investigating the route cause and customer impact and ensuring resolution within timely manner
• Running ad hoc reporting for internal teams from creating reports, ensuring data accurate and correct and looking for opportunity to automate if requested or re-occurring
• Periodic reporting and analysis on ageing inventory still assigned to customers whose accounts are closed and/or at a returning to status, working with internal teams to reduce

Inventory Related back up and support for

• Analyse Deployment vendor stock reports highlighting discrepancies and managing these through to resolution, again tracking RCA and driving improvements
• Consumable management ensuring sufficient stock levels, processing orders ensuring deliveries across multiple deployment vendors, providing quarterly forecast to supplier
• Manage the Poynt re-seller process from order receipt to delivery to monthly financial reporting
• Manage vendor stock/system related calls, take minutes and follow up on actions

Finance Related back up and support

• Process and reconcile monthly invoices from external deployment vendors
• Monthly MI data reconciliation between External Vendor MI and ELI and review and analyse vendor monthly report
• Managing Test Cards distribution, checking balances, dates for replacements, new orders
• Abort and Cancelled monthly cost analysis with vendors and support reductions with VM
• Managing invoicing and finance related queries with vendors and internal finance teams

General

• Maintain functional area mailbox within required SLA
• Run and create ad hoc reporting on inventory, costs and stock analysis that maybe project related, be able to present data in a clear and concise manner
• Create monthly Management Information Packs for Senior management
• Supporting other team activities depending on actual requirements
• Working with Company’s internal systems (Oracle Financials, ELI, Himms2, Web Focus)
• Participating in meetings/conferences calls with other departments and External Vendors when required
• Participate in the development of procedures and processes and ensure that they meet and exceed customer satisfaction and business requirements

Experience and Skills required

• Card acquiring processes knowledge and/or experience in working in this environment.
• Sound written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally
• Fluency in oral and written English, other European languages, will be an advantage
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of SQL and Oracle Financials an advantage
• Effective management of time and priorities to ensure all deliverables are met
• Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions
• Ability to review, analysis data in a clear and concise manner
• Problem-solving, negotiation and ability to handle difficult queries from external vendors and or internal teams
• Ability to learn new process and adapt to new changes quickly.
• Positive, self-motivated, confident, able to work on own initiative and able to work as part of team.
