The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and numerate People Team Analyst to join our People Team working in a fun, global environment. You will support the People Team in their day to day administrative and operational needs, while also contributing to projects that help drive the company’s strategic priorities.

You will be the first point of contact for People Team related queries from our employees and work closely with other members of the People team to provide support to our colleagues in the business. This role will offer a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across the broad spectrum of human resources. In particular, your main responsibilities will be in the on/off-boarding of our Cubican’s, maintaining and evolving HR technologies, establishing robust People processes and policies, developing People reports, analysis and recommendations. Our ideal candidate will have strong experience across the area of HR Operations and in particular HR reports, payroll administration, benefits administration, HR systems, establishing effective policies and procedures and other administrative tasks both accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities of this role:
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts and contract addendums for all employees
- Maintain our HRIS and other People related data to the highest standard of compliance. This should include periodic audits ensuring the integrity and accuracy of employee data and headcount numbers
- Update data inputs for payroll ensuring correct data is provided on time each month
- Administer other HR processes as needed to include employee surveys and Quality Conversations (performance reviews)
- Create regular reports, analysis and presentations on key People Team activities and metrics
- Administer immigration requirements for candidates and employees, including completion of permits, provide visa support letters and other necessary documentation
- Actively participate in People Team projects and initiatives to prioritise and plan our activities and project work
- Update our employee engagement platform, Workvivo, on key updates and activities, including our weekly company Catch Up, wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
- Be the main point of contact for People Team related queries, escalating them when necessary
- Partner with IT and other members of the People Team to ensure that the onboarding of new employees is a seamless and positive experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR Operations covering the full employment cycle including contracts of employment, system administration and HR reporting
- Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
- Strong process and systems orientation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent IT skills to include intermediate proficiency of MS excel in addition to the full Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prepare reports, analysis and presentations
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Ability to work with change and in a fast paced, growing company
Desirable:
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
