Financial Analyst

Based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the internet and online technologies as we know it.

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

They require a Financial Analyst with 3+ years’ experience in a financial analyst, to join them on a 11-month contract.

In this role you will be working closely with internal teams to understand the infrastructure for our client’s customer help centre and to have the ability to identify  gaps and propose improvements.

What will a Financial Analyst do?  

· Collaborate closely with global process managers to identify and catalogue existing customer interaction types and respective entry points, documenting workflows, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements.

· Engage and collaborate with other internal teams to understand infrastructure for our client Customers Help Centres and Contact Us Forms (CUF) to identify channels for Terms customers to expand and create new entry points.

· Ability to map current state customer engagement model and identify current gaps with the removal of aliases for customers.

· Drive end-to-end process design and implementation of new engagement model and new customer interaction types.

· Create business case and business requirements documents.

· Provide regular updates on project milestones and progress, clearly communicating status, risks and remediation plan to executive stakeholders.

· Define and monitor key metrics in order to measure business impact of new engagement model.

· Design, build and test contact forms for each customer interaction type.

· Work closely with system admin and engineering teams to implement, test and automate mapping and routing of contact forms.

· Create manuals and training materials.

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?

· 3+ years’ experience in a financial analysis role.

· Management consultancy experience to engage internal and external teams.

· Advanced spreadsheet (Google/Excel) and data analysis skills.

· Excellent communication experience, with strong business judgment and the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

· SQL

· Customer mapping
