Operational Business Analyst

Based in Dublin, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

They require an Operational Business Analyst with 5+ years’ experience in an operational role with occasional engagement with strategic-level management, to join them until 2nd March 2022.

The main function of a business analyst is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects.

What will an Operational Business Analyst do? 

· Manage cross-team investigation and enforcement workflows and dependencies

· Manage project work plans, milestones and dependencies and support execution with other team members

· Identify and help prioritize opportunities to improve operational coverage, quality and efficiencies

· Support development of cross-team operational process flows and playbooks

· Serve as a bridge between DevOps and XFN teams to help coordinate communications

· Maintain relationships with existing XFN partner teams and identify new XFN partner teams across the company, as new needs or opportunities to collaborate emerge

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?                  

· Minimum 5 years in an operational role with occasional engagement with strategic-level management

· Able to read and interpret dashboards
