MEA Channel Marketing Manager

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Partner Engagement

  • Day to day engagement with Partners and Xerox Channel Managers
  • Understand priorities and tailor marketing actions and tactics to specific business needs.
  • Act as consultant on partner marcomms activities and provide support on content.
  • Guide partners in prioritizing activities that align to the corporate priorities and that show most coverage, ROI and engagement.
  • Support the partner on-boarding process.
  • Partners Co-Funding Program
  • Plan co-funded marcomms activities in co-operation with the MEA partners on an annual and quarterly basis.
  • Conduct budget reviews with major partners and align plans to corporate goals.

Partners Comms

  • Send monthly Marketing communications to partners.
  • Organize and moderate marketing calls and webinars  with partners.

Partner Branding

  • Ensure that partners follow the corporate co-branding directives.
  • Report and resolve any partners branding infractions.

Demand Generation

Partners Campaigns / Advertising

  • Co-plan multichannel demand generation campaigns with partners and their agencies.
  • Consult on local digital advertising activities (paid search, paid social, google ads, native advertising, email marketing).

Launch & adapt corporate campaign kits.             

  • Manage relations with advertising agencies.

Events – Virtual & Live

  • MEA lead for major MEA events.
  • Central events: Year Start conferences, mid-year meetings, MEA sub-regional events, calls with LOB leaders.
  • Partner & Customer events: Partner Convention, launch events, demo and exhibitions supporting local partner business initiatives.
  • Undertake events-related responsibilities: Project management, event branding, content creation, event comms, sales engagement, audience acquisition, partner & client engagement, event moderation, leads tracking, event feedback.
  • Organize marketing workshops and masterclasses.
  • Present to marketing workshops, webinars and MEA teams calls.

Digital presence

  • Consult partners on website development.
  • Consult partners on their social media channels and social activity.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track leads from digital campaigns and events.
  • Support reporting on partners marcoms activities, using digital dashboards.
  • Consult partners on optimization of campaigns.

Sales Enablement

  • Partner portal
  • Support and evangelize the use of the Partner Portal by the MEA partners.

Partner incentives

  • Launch & support partner incentives programs.

Launches

  • Support the launch of new Xerox offerings in the MEA region.

Training

  • Organize and support webinars and other training activities for the partners.

Content creation & Localization

  • Ad hoc content creation where not supported by the global team and adaptation of corporate content.
