Who we are looking for

Working in the Bank Loans & Derivatives transformation team, the Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the transformation program by working with the business and IT teams to write requirements, perform system testing and implement new or improved functionality relating to Bank Loans.

 

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

Participate in workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state operating models and architecture

Build strong relationships with business and IT teams

Participate in various stages of the transformation lifecycle (solution design, integration and testing, implementation and operational readiness).

Develop product and platform knowledge for State Street Bank Loans services

Provide regular status updates and support program management as directed

Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements

Support testing for new functionality and automation projects

Carrying out training sessions and workshops to guide relevant teams

Carrying out periodic quality checks

Strong analytical, reconcilement and organizational skills      

Proficient in MS Office including MS Visio, MS Project and PowerPoint

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, globally structured and team-based environment

Sound Knowledge of Wall Street Office

Exposure to all aspects of the Bank Loan product Lifecycle

 

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above. 

3+ years of financial industry experience including solid Bank Loans services exposure and platform exposure.
