Lead Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Reporting Analyst to join our growing Business Intelligence & Reporting capability and support the rapid growth of LetsGetChecked as we continue to scale into the largest healthcare markets in the world.

Our deep domain and industry knowledge are built on unlocking the potential value and insights from data, with the BI & Reporting team being integral in driving this strategy forward. Our approach is to use both traditional and innovative methods supported by an agile framework in the dynamic global healthcare market.

As Lead Reporting Analyst at LetsGetChecked, you will support external clients as well as multiple business functions within LetsGetChecked, to gather data, prepare and publish directed operational, performance & ad-hoc reports to help improve business functionality.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Working with the Head of Commercial Insights to own and drive complex reporting projects from design to delivery to address client & business needs
  • Gather requirements, prioritise, construct, manage and maintain the reporting pipeline through the best suited teams and platforms
  • Interface effectively with client, engineering & product teams and address reporting and data related questions
  • Lead the overall reporting function and team
  • Proactively communicate findings to all levels of management (oral, written, presentation)
  • Work in conjunction with the broader data & technical teams to ensure inefficiencies are addressed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • 6+ years experience working as part of a BI & reporting function, at least 2 of which in a lead role
  • Degree or Postgraduate in IT / STEM / Business
  • Excellent and proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Delivery focused with a strong working knowledge of reporting & BI concepts
  • Proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, QuickSight)
  • Proficiency with cloud ecosystem (preferably AWS)
  • Proficiency with Python, R, or other programming languages
  • Knowledge of version control using Git/Subversion
  • Strong knowledge of data and information management and data quality standards
  • Self-driven with excellent interpersonal, communication and cross functional leadership skills
