We are looking for someone who will work within our Product Assurance Centre of Excellence.  Acting as a Business Analyst, you will help to build and sustain industry leading data led products assurance models which has harnessed the power of data & analytics to provide automated assurance testing over AIB’s product set. 

  1. ‘Can do’ attitude with ability to work independently.  Ambition to grow career quickly in AIB. 
  2. Attention to detail.   Genuinely enjoys investigation type activities, analysis and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of policy, process and procedures, legal, regulation, financial products or technical business functions and processes and the information they use. 
  3. Demonstrates an appreciation of Financial Services,  back office operations, the enablement and capability of IT Systems, and has good competency with Data/quantitative analysis;
  4. Excellent technical skills.  You will be working with Visio or Blueworks, Excel (macros), PowerPoint, SharePoint, data, multiple technologies etc. and understanding what it will require to work within this environment is essential
  5. Qualifications in business analysis, change or risk methodologies preferred.
