RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of IT services and AD Management.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining the overall network infrastructure, Access management and IT Helpdesk Services.
• Maintenance and Support of IP Telephony Systems.
• Remote System & Events Monitoring.
• Daily Management and support of IT issues across the organization as they occur, utilizing our ticketing support system to track and manage tasks.
• Administration of multiple end-user applications and processes.
• Develop, document, and implement policies and procedures for IT systems and associated data.
• Troubleshooting security and network problems.
• Providing hardware/software support by telephone, email, or via remote tools.
• Participating in the change management process.
• Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.
• Working closely with in-house and external service engineers on project tasks for clients and employees ensuring a timely response to technical issues.
• Identify systemic patterns that can be translated into system improvements or changes.

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related qualification.
• 2 years of work experience in an IT technical Support role.
• Experience with supporting laptops & mobile devices operating Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory and SharePoint is essential.
• Knowledge and exposure of ticketing systems and a good understanding of customer facing behaviours and responsibilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Hands on experience and knowledge of Windows and MAC OS.
• Ability to liaise with developers and engineers to implement IT and Security best practices.

DESIRABLE:

• ITIL, CISSP, CompTIA or similar certifications are desirable.
• Experience with Office 365 tenant migrations.
