This role is for a Systems Administrator within the Enterprise Technology Services Operations (ETSO) group.
Operates, monitors & administrates IT equipment & cross functional environments including Windows, UNIX-Linux, VMWare Middleware, Storage, and EAI services. This includes monitoring, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementing corrective actions in support of continuing operations of the assigned domain. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
This specific role requires shift work as part of a 24x7x365 support organization.
The successful candidate will be familiar with a variety of IT Support concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
