Job Responsibilities
- Develop a working knowledge and deep understanding of the existing systems and application overview to work on future solutions.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to build and shape various solutions that will allow the group to achieve listed goals.
- Gather business requirements by use of interviews, workshops and reviews
- Work closely with the various business units to help deliver solutions for all current and future needs.
- Take on the project management across different work streams through to successful implementation of projects.
- Work with information gathered from multiple sources and be highly capable in the evaluation of real business requirements while ensuring they match company protocol.
- have the capacity to put together requirements and turn into Functional Requirements using templates and making use of process flows, diagrams and previous scenarios so that results will be of use to the business.
- Collaborate closely with your team members on various aspects of projects, ensuring that the objectives of all components are aligned with the business and that the solutions will work as an end to end project.
Experience Required
- Must have a degree with relevant work experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience, ideally in a BA role
- IT experience in communications and engagement
- must be able to demonstrate good experience of obtaining requirements and converting to relevant information.
- Show experience of project management in a previous role or project
- Have excellent analytical skills to interpret customer needs and concert into business requirements.
- Must have the confidence and ability to work alongside management at all levels, both internally and externally with vendors.
- High attention to details and be able to prioritize workload and information
- Experience delivering solutions with your internal team members and outside vendors
- Strong communication skills is a must have.
