SAP IDM Specialist 

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced SAP Identity Management Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis to support the Identity Access Management and Governance function that covers the entire enterprise. This role will report to the Application Technology Manager. This is a senior professional role and will involve the design, development and testing of IDM processes, technical documentation and user operations documentation.

While likely to be initially working remotely due to current restrictions, the base location of the role will be Citywest, Dublin 24 OR Kilkenny, upon return to the workplace with a blended working arrangement available through our Smart working model which allows you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.

Key deliverables of the role

• SAP Net Weaver Identity Management - Implementation and Administration
• Support the SAP IDM design and architecture that underpins SAP on-premise systems, SAP cloud-based systems, and non-SAP systems.
• Configuration of SAP IDM Developer Studio, processes, packages, repositories, approval workflows, notifications, etc.
• SAP IDM (8.0) application support, analysis of the system performance, diagnose and perform corrections as needed.
• Troubleshooting of IDM logs and workflows.
• Assist in design, document and continually enhance IDM administration policies, processes, and procedures.
• Lead collaboration with other technical teams

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in Computer Science or one of the natural sciences.
• Five or more years’ experience with complex IDM products
• Five or more years’ experience with integration of IDM products to common identity stores and identity targets (LDAP, relational databases, application servers, SAP).

Skills & experience

• Significant experience on SAP IDM implementation is mandatory.
• Understanding and knowledge of integration of SAP IDM with SAP (ECC, SFEC, Ariba etc.) and non-SAP (AD, LDAP, etc.)
• In depth understanding of integration of GRC 12 and webservices.
• Understanding of and exposure to context-based user provisioning in IDM.
• Working knowledge of security for ECC, HR, SF, NetWeaver portal, etc.
• Working and business knowledge of SAP IdM 8.0; user management, integration and workflow, preferably with SQL and Java experience.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management Governance solutions.
• SAP CP IPS/IAG and previous experience is a plus.
