Head of Sales

Head of Sales required for a leading IT Services Provider in Dublin 12. This is a career making opportunity for the right person with a clear path to Director level

Responsibilities:

  • Development and Implementation of Sales Strategy for the business
  • Manage and lead and the exiting sales team from the front
  • Expand the existing sales team as needed to achieve the company’s ambitious sales growth targets
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ year track record in technology sales is essential (MSP / Cyber Security / Cloud) minimum
  • Experience in business development in the SME B2B space.
  • Proven track record in meeting and surpassing commercial targets
  • Strong presentation skills, particularly in a C-level environment
  • A positive, confident and determined approach to managing sales team
  • Ability to cross sell into existing accounts and identify new technology opportunities in the market place.
  • Ability to make fast decisions with an entrepreneurial mind-set

Remuneration:

  • Base Salary based on experience: 6 figure package
