MuleSoft is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (B) I to join our expanding Training and Certification team you will transform data into insights that lead to business decisions and have a direct impact on our vision. You will be part of the Global Training Data & Integration Strategy Team, contributing to strategic and tactical projects that will help us accelerate the speed and scale of our growth.
In this role, you will participate in high-impact business projects with high visibility, used by MuleSoft and Salesforce executive teams. In addition, you will often be responsible for addressing and solving ad-hoc/unstructured problems in a highly fast-paced environment, requiring quick turnaround and partnership with key stakeholders across the company.
Your proactive analysis, predictions, and recommendations based on data will guide our business to the next level.

- Proactively develop an analysis for Training Operations and Training Portfolio
- Gather data requirements and deliver analysis, reports, and dashboards
- Provide data insights to different teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to our Data Strategy
- Support tactical and technical data activities

Must-have technical skills:
- 5+ years of BI or Data Analytics experience with tools like Tableau or similar
- Good understanding of relational and dimensional data models
- Experience developing BI applications, delivering BI infrastructure, and building best practices.
- Sound understanding of BI concepts and proven success in working with different technology (including new software tools and systems implementations)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Advanced Excel, Data visualization is a must
- Experience with various database technologies such as MySQL and Snowflake
