Finance IT Systems and Data Analyst

We are currently looking to hire a Finance IT Systems and Data Analyst.

The Finance IT Systems and Data analyst supports in the planning, designing, and implementation of new systems and improved processes for Financial Solutions and the wider finance team. 

Responsibilities: 

  • -Provide systems administration support to the Financial Solutions Team and wider organisation where required for Finance Integra and IAS Integra.
  • -Work with the Finance IT Systems and Data team and the wider Financial Solutions in achieving both near-term and long-term goals in finance system capabilities.
  • -Support the various multi-faceted campaigns across finance to drive innovation through evolvement of business process and practices within systems capability.
  • -Support in the co-ordination of the activities of finance staff (and other interest parties), IT staff and external consultants in large scale business projects evaluation, implementation planning, documentation support and user training.
  • -Successfully ensure that the end result of development activity meets business needs.
  • -Support the on-going project monitoring of quality of deliverables to ensure standards are maintained.
  • -Identifying and communicating any project risks to management, along with clear recommendations for resolution or mitigation.
  • -Lead on standards of system administration and provide training for administration of the finance systems as required/requested across finance team.
  • -Support in the building of automated controls within processes and reports to assist the group Financial Solutions department
  • -Ensure the data quality and data governance of the finance data, including all complex spreadsheets and stand-alone reporting tools.
  • Detailed knowledge of Integra preferable
  • 2yrs experience in finance function
  • A demonstrated history of solving operational and accounting challenges.
  • Strong understanding of the business
  • Highly competent in Microsoft excel
  • Organisational Skills.
  • Ability to multi task.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy of information.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
