Responsible for leading the marketing strategy for the Large Enterprise and Public Sector, a £300M business unit within Xerox UK & Ireland Ltd.  Designs, develops and implements campaigns and events, and drives content creation to support those activities.  Responsible for lead management and all activity follow up with the sales community via our CRM platform, Salesforce. Works very closely with local sales and global marketing teams to deliver programs that address both local business objectives and corporate goals. 

Scope:

• Develop and deploy UK & Ireland Marketing strategy for Large Enterprise and Public Sector. Managing Multi level stakeholders and working closely with the Xerox Global Brand and Marketing team.
• Create Demand Generation activities and Revenue Pipeline, including events, Account Based Marketing, Public Sector Framework Marketing - and managing the end to end process from creation through to lead follow up and ROI measurement. Management of local agency relationships.
• Driving Sales Enablement and Communications, supporting Monthly communication calls, all company Town Hall sessions, specific client bids and RFPs.  Management of memberships and associations, and external communications and PR.
• Content creation and local deployment, including client testimonials and references. Full case study development in multiple media to support local market segments and Xerox offers and services. Co-ordination of UK specific social media to support campaigns and messaging.
• Stakeholder management across UK & Ireland leadership, sales management and with global brand and marketing organisation.

• Recognized as an expert in own function. Must have experience in Large Enterprise Corporate and Public Sector market segments.
• Experience of leading and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, with ownership of lead management follow up and ROI reporting. Salesforce CRM and campaign experience would be very beneficial, but not mandatory.
• UK & Ireland scope and accountability. Role based in Uxbridge, but flexible working available.  No travel requirements, but off-site event support is expected on an ad-hoc basis.
