EMEA SMB Sales Manager

Pinterest’s Small & Medium Business team supports advertisers to help them reach their marketing goals.  We’re looking for an experienced sales leader to build out and lead a growing team of New Business Partner Managers and achieve quarterly and annual advertiser activation and revenue quotas.  The SMB Sales Manager will build sales programs and processes that will impact thousands of European small business customers each year.  Success in this position requires strong ability to lead and inspire a team, sales and analytical skills to make data driven decisions, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a highly dynamic team environment. 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a high-performing team of >100 sellers across EMEA to activate clients and deliver against quarterly revenue targets 
  • Define the operational sales strategy for the expanding EMEA SMB New business team. This includes developing/standardizing operational systems to allow sellers to operate at a high level productivity. This also includes standardizing the soft skills (upsell, optimizations) to ensure our sellers offer a world class sales motion in a highly repeatable fashion
  • Develop and deploy sales programs that drive results for Pinterest advertisers and Implement processes and strategies to scale SMB programs across EMEA
  • Establish KPIs that allow live time measurement against key quarterly OKRS (objectives and key results)
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance
  • and revenue across a diverse set of customers
  • Work cross functionally and build cohesive partnerships with internal stakeholders including product, operations, and marketing
  • Manage relationship with Pinterest’s vendor partner
  • 6+ years professional experience in digital media sales, online advertising, or sales leadership
  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience preferred 
  • A data-driven leader with the ability to lead large teams against aggressive revenue goals
  • Ability to extract insights from data to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience creating a driving sales motions/programs in a sales organization
  • Fluent in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other sales productivity software
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
