Role       

We are currently seeking to hire a Director / Associate director for a permanent opportunity, based in Dublin, with our Transaction Services team.

We ideally need you to have the following:

• A qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent)
• Transaction experience in a due diligence, corporate development, corporate finance or lending environment
• A keen interest in deal advisory and M&A activity 
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent commercial awareness and project management skills
• Appetite to learn new skills in a challenging and supportive environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, drive and enthusiasm are a pre-requisite for this role

Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

• Client facing interaction with senior decision-making executives on a day to day basis
• Lead delivery of projects including financial analysis and report writing
• Presentation of findings and recommendations to clients
• Working alongside and developing junior colleagues
• Contributing to the development of fee generating opportunities
• Continuous improvement of our own service delivery and practice
