What’s the opportunity?

Based in city centre Dublin, remote for now with flexibility ongoing, you go to work for a leading eCommerce business headquartered in Dublin.

Bring skills in Google and Facebook Ads, SEO etc. to work with great people on the marketing team and in the whole organisation, as well as teams of partner companies.

Sounds good; what about the nitty gritty, day-to-day?!

  • You must have a vital working skill in Google Adwords. The role includes a lot of reporting. You’ll be on this stuff for about 10 days per month. You must bring experience going through analytics and coming up with solutions please!
  • Your role is to analyse journey paths, payments, bounce rates, etc. and to notice drops or increases in payments and analyse why. The company has an app which has just been developed and recently launched with Phase 2 so you would be involved in that as well. And you’ll work with a colleague who manages social media – to help improve engagement
  • You must be experienced in Google Adwords. There’s a huge focus on encouraging app downloads; you are analysing conversion rates to see if budget should be upped or decreased. The Google Adwords you monitor drives 40% of downloads.
  • The website is built on Roxen so it's complex versus Wordpress. You are updating web content, so it’s a bonus if you understand HTML. Any web dev and UX is also a bonus.
  • Work autonomously – your manager is not micro-managing but very much supporting your development. So, you must be comfortable taking initiative, setting up and managing campaigns, managing budgets. You must be looking for that level of responsibility. You’ll be expected to assertively make decisions! It's a great opportunity for that reason
