This is an exciting time to be joining the Irish Brand Homes (IBH) Commercial and Digital team. You will design, implement, and iterate a multi-lingual digital content strategy which leverages content across owned, earned, and paid channels to drive awareness, consideration, purchase, advocacy, and repeat purchase. You will lead this strategy across B2C consumers and B2B customers across the digital path to purchase which supports the delivery of the IBH commercial growth strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to own and shape the IBH approach to digital content as you will lead in the creation of content across all digital platforms and channels – including CRM, B2B partner websites, our visitor experience and e-commerce websites, and always on channels (search / social) to raise brand awareness, digital performance and commercial growth. Along with this, you will implement digital strategies designed to drive growth and visitor numbers, including optimisation of online sales channels and initiatives such as virtual events and build out a customer lifetime management approach that leverages first party data.
You will lead on designing a Digital First approach to ensure the Brand Homes are utilising best in class digital platforms and experiences to future proof the business and revenue streams to attract visitors from overseas markets while also attracting visitors from the domestic market and local community, resulting in YOY increases in quality visitor numbers and sales to brand homes, both physically and virtually.
The Digital Content Manager will also have the responsibility of measuring performance of the digital content strategy on an ongoing basis to ensure that all content contributes to the overall commercial targets for the business and is aligned with brand tone of voice. You will constantly use your findings to maximise search rankings, optimise content, and analyse user engagement.
This position is perfect for someone with extensive knowledge of digital strategy and across all key digital communications channels and experience in content marketing, SEO, paid media and copywriting experience are essential requirements for this role. You will have a technical and innovative mindset and use sound commercial judgement to deliver world-class digital content plans.
You will have the ability to manage detailed projects from beginning to end brilliantly, with a strong sense of urgency to deliver outstanding business results, and an ability to recognise course correction requirements.
You will hold the ability to build strong working relationships and be a strong communicator as you will be required to work collaboratively within the commercial growth team and across multiple internal stakeholders – including innovation team, visitor experience team, retail / ecommerce team and marketing team as well as external stakeholders such as B2B partners, ticketing agencies, paid media agencies, translation agencies and content agencies.
