The Digital Analyst (Business) is responsible for developing business/commercial use cases to improve Vodafone Ireland’s online platforms and revenue from insights obtained by analyzing website & app traffic and business user behaviour.
 

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities: 

• Lead in the development of business cases to improve the performance of Vodafone.ie for business customers, either through media spend optimisation or journey improvements from ux recommendations or product commercial offerings.
• Present Business Cases to senior leadership and obtain buy in for implementation
• Oversee the design and delivery of reports which show the value that has been driven from implemented business cases.
• Aid in the development of daily, weekly and monthly reports for Vodafone Ireland’s digital properties.
• Support Digital Product teams in the development and maintenance of key operational reporting frameworks measuring KPI’s such as performance, availability & uptime. 

We Are Looking For You, If You Have:

Essential

• 3-5 years’ experience in working with Adobe Analytics (Sitecatalyst) or Google Analytics.
• 3+ years’ experience working in an ecommerce or online support environment for a large website or online brand. 
• Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analysing customer behaviour using available data to influence changes on the website.
• Strong Excel & Presentation skills with experience in presenting to Senior Leadership teams.

Desirable

• Experience with Lead Generation
• Experience with Content Marketing
• Experience with NPS
• Previous Experience with Personalistion & A/B Testing
• Previous Experience in a multinational telecoms company
