The Delivery Manager will join a talented team of software professionals in Belfast and work closely with the Head of Customer Success + Delivery. You will be responsible for successful project delivery across their project portfolio, working closely with public sector customers. The Delivery Manager has a dual focus;
 
(Project Management)
You will manage multiple software (data migration + transition) projects simultaneously using appropriate methods. The Delivery Manager controls all aspects of the project (planning, scope, timeline, budget etc). These projects will vary in scope, length and complexity. You will manage a team of technical consultants and coordinate resources to ensure successful project delivery.
 
(Service Delivery)
As a Delivery Manager, you are responsible for Service Delivery across the portfolio. You will work closely with the customer success / account management teams to monitor client contracts, SLAs, renewals, license cost etc. You will support the development of KPIs to track and manage customer satisfaction levels, ensuring expectations are exceeded.

-5+ years project management (including software environment + client-facing)
-Relevant Project Management / Service Management certification
-People Management
 
(Desirable)
-Experience with Data management, governance and migration projects
-Experience working with Microsoft as a partner
