You have a passion for data, are comfortable handling large sets of information and working well as a partner to implement reporting solutions suitable for their needs. You can convey complex reporting solutions in a way that employees at all levels of the firm may understand.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with business to clarify data logic needed for reporting, increasing data accuracy, and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization
- Writes unit/integration tests to validate reporting logic and documents work
- Performs data and reporting analysis required to troubleshot and resolve reporting related issues
- Works closely with team of engineers and product managers
- Proficiency in business intelligence tooling, data analytics and data modelling or willingness to learn
- Programmers who has hands-on experience with Python3, Including Pandas, REST API and Database is strongly desired
Working within ICG Production Management and Service Delivery, you will have the opportunity to:
- Learn about both operational and non-operational day to day activities across a global application and infrastructure support organization that directly enables the needs of the Institutional Clients Group
- Partnership with Production Support and Infrastructure delivery teams to proactively deepen understanding of our reporting requirements needed to continuously improve ourselves and the service we deliver
- Develop and gain an understanding of full data lifecycle by partnering with our engineering function
- Develop and gain an advanced understanding of reporting business needs, data & flows
- Advance and establish measures, processes and systems around reporting
- Partner with PS teams to provide ad hoc analysis from our data storage platforms
- Develop dashboards through business intelligence tools for analysis and providing insight to our teams
- Review the use of data in the organization – both online and manual – are we making the best use of the data available to us in the most efficient way?

Other desirable experience or qualifications:
- A knowledge base and understanding of python, SQL and experience with a front-end data visualization tool like PowerBi
- Experience designing, building and maintaining data process systems
- Extensive industry or service improvement experience
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Exposure to leading edge technology
- Prince2, PMP, Sig Sigma or another relevant qualification
- Knowledge to Apache Spark is a plus
