- Design, develop, maintain, and publish CMS operational reports
- Provide operational analysis utilized for decision making
- Make recommendations based on the analysis as needed
- Develop and maintain documentation that chronicles processes related to previous analytic activities and associated results
- Communicate with various functional areas and translate technical concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing
- Some SQL experience, including experience with various database technologies (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Experience within a similar role building reports
- Some experience of performing significant data analysis and report development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with Data Visualization / Dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Knowledge of DevOps tools, including JIRA & Git
- Experience with NICE claim reporting and / or claim processing experience
- Experience with data blending tools (e.g. Alteryx)
- Experience with application frameworks (e.g. .NET)
- Agile development methodology
- Healthcare / Pharmacy experience
- Intermediate level of programming knowledge and of relational databases
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, influence, collaboration and listening skills
