Role       

We are currently seeking to hire an Associate Director – Cyber Security – Identity and Access Management to join our Cyber Security practice, based in Dublin city centre. You will get to work on high-profile projects in Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management and Digital Transformation.

We ideally need you to have the following:

  • A relevant professional qualification such as CISSP, CISA or CISM is a strong advantage.
  • Relevant third-level qualification in a technical based subject such as Computer Science, Information / Cyber Security or Cyber Crime Prevention.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ experience working in the area of Cyber Security, focusing in particular on the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), preferably in a consultancy services firm or other similar experience.
  • Knowledge and techniques for IAM transformation, IAM remediation and audit driven remediation will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent understanding of IAM best practices and leading IAM toolsets.
  • Relevant Cyber security experience in large corporates / multinational environment in strategic roles will an advantage. Cyber experience in financial services, telecoms or the energy sector will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work with multi-stakeholder environment to drive remediation targets and programme across national /regional organizations.
  • Ability to project manage delivery teams, outsourced vendors and remediation programmes.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork, and client service skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT /digital systems and infrastructure.
  • Proven project management skills.

There is some travel involved so you will ideally have a full clean driver’s license and access to a car.

Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

  • Oversee client engagement teams and work across countries in the areas of IAM design, remediation and transformation.
  • Experience in analysing complex processes and technologies from the perspective of user management and presenting outcomes to Senior Management.
  • Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in supporting clients, particularly in the areas of Cyber, IAM, PAM and CIAM.
  • Significant experience in enterprise IAM, this includes; Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML), recertification, Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) analysis and design, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Target Operating Model (TOM) design and IAM governance.
  • Significant experience in PAM, this includes analysing, designing and implementing controls around password management, PAM request, approvals and monitoring.
  • Significant experience in CIAM, digital and cloud identity will be particularly useful, this includes open standards as OAUTH, OIDC and API security.
  • Experience in toolsets such as Okta, Ping, Sailpoint and CyberArk will be beneficial.
  • Proven ability to review work performed by the engagement team members and maintain relationships with client account leadership to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and services to be delivered.
  • Experience in designing IAM solutions for clients operating in a regulated environment will be an advantage. Experience of Cyber and IAM in the context of GDPR, PSD2, KYC, AML and Open Banking will be an added advantage.
  • Oversee the execution of Information Security and privacy inherent to client engagements.
  • Be creative, self-motivated, perform research in new techniques and methods.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills, promote teamwork and individual accountability with engagement team members, and use available technology, tools, and KPMG Information Security assets to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
  • Go to market and provide talks to external and internal forums (seminars, conferences, etc.).
