Customer Financial Operations Analyst

To further strengthen our role as key market player in Europe, we are looking for a Customer Financial Operations Analyst in our Cash Management Department within Financial Operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, analyse and validate customer data and associated financials with a view to successfully reconciling customer transactions
  • Timely resolution of customer queries in relation to reconciling transactions, including the identification, investigation, escalation & reporting of variances
  • Develop in depth knowledge of and ultimately act as a Subject Matter Expert on a range of complex customer financial reconciliations and setups (for example payments and transactions). As the key contact point, you will then use this knowledge to both explain and communicate the issues to a variety of stakeholders at all levels, including both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Drive collaboration with multiple key stakeholders to assist in root cause analysis and full remediation of all issues encountered
  • Accountable for accurate implementation of reconciliation related changes including collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure internal systems are amended correctly and implementing robust end-to-end controls over the process
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business/Computing/Technology or related degree
  • 3- 4 years in Financial or payments experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills a distinct advantage
  • Motivated self-starter with an analytical mind-set and creative, flexible approach
  • Ability to research, digest and retain technical information
  • Facility to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to build & maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Comfortable working with virtual teams and able to influence and direct people without direct line management responsibility
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and written skills, with a strong ability to communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels up to, and including, Executive level
