My Dublin based client are currently looking for a CRM Implementation Business Analyst to be part of a global CRM Implementation project.

You will be responsible to work alongside the business stakeholders and users to understand the current logistics business requirements. They need someone with previous knowledge of CRM Implementation projects and someone who has experience of implementation CRM with large scale ERP systems like SAP etc.

A large corporate firm in Dublin North is looking for a CRM Implementation Consultant to help with a new CRM Implementation role.

The role:

• You will have a strong understanding of the CRM implementation functions, and have previous implementation experience working on CRM ERP projects
• You are able to define and review requirements
• You can share experiences from delivery of complex CRM enterprise solutions from specification and design workshops through to hand-on configuration and implementation support
• You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to conduct the analysis needed to support solution definition
• You will have opportunity to work across varying industry domains and across a wide range of solutions including off the shelf applications, existing customer systems, integration systems, data processing, web technologies and others
• Once the CRM project is complete be part of the global Shared Services team that will be set up in Ireland.

Skills / Experience required:

• Strong understanding of the CRM systems function (No specific CRM needed but any Dynamics CRM would be highly favourable)
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Business Analysis/ Implementation role
• 3rd level degree in Computer Science
• Must be able to travel with the role as the project is a CRM global project. So you must hold and EU passport.
