Job Description

U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is one of the largest providers of corporate trust services in the world. Our clients look to us for trustee, agency, escrow, document custody and money market issuing services via our 48 domestic offices and three international offices.
 

Working in the CLO Asset Reconciliation Team within the wider CLO Analytics team, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining data integrity for a wide range of asset data points across assets held in CLO portfolios.

Key Tasks:

• Updating Credit Ratings, evidencing changes
• Updating Asset data characteristics, evidencing changes to clients where required
• Running reconciliations between USBank and Client asset data sets
• Identifying and investigating exceptions
• Working with CLO Analysts to resolve exceptions
• Running various client data reports
• Onboarding clients into the centralized reconciliation team

• Graduate and/or 1-2 Years experience within a financial institution preferably with exposure to securities/assets and their reconciliation. Training will be provided
• Experience in asset reconciliation helpful but not essential as training will be provided
• Intermediate level Excel (any SQL knowledge would be an advantage)
• Process improvement experience beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of Collateral Loan Obligations, beneficial but not essential
• Knowledge of Financial instruments, Loans, Bonds and their typical datapoints, beneficial but not essential
