Responsible for supporting Indirect Channels selling and management to maximize the revenue of the organisation's products and / or services through a base of Channel partners
Working alongside the Channel Business Manager you will be challenged to review, evaluate and improve sales processes, deliver on targets, offer development strategies and add value as you go.
About the role
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Channel Partner accounts
- Daily / Monthly reporting around KPI’s
- Support Channel growth programmes (expand and new) to drive revenue
- Launch quarterly tacticals and incentives that drive channel performance
- Meeting assigned targets for sales growth and strategic objectives within Partner accounts
- Schedule monthly business reviews with partners to review performance against plan, pipeline, outlook etc
- Manage the certification process for Partners in line with the Global Partner Programme
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as the ability to build strong relationships with partners is essential in the role.
- Highly motivated, ambitious and proactive
- Proven track record in delivering on targets
- Previous experience in a Channel or Marketing role is an advantage but not essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- The successful candidate must be able to convey effective communication skills, both written and verbally and be able to build good relationships.
- Flexible and able to cope under pressure
- High level of organizational skills
