Job Description Summary:

1. Operational ownership of site administration and tactical updates for HR Evolution, HRBP Resources, HR Hub, Manager Hub, SharePoint sites needed for programs
2. Operational ownership of HR communications processes and tools.
3. Change management support for small initiatives and events

 

Job Description:

Change Management Administrators are responsible for supporting the delivery, management, implementation of the Change Management processes and tools.

  • Assist Change Practitioner(s) and Change Leader with executing large scale change efforts, including executing components of the communications and trainings plans as well as conducting interviews and performing analysis on results to determine effectiveness of change management efforts.
  • Design, manage, and maintain all HR sites as part of our change management strategies. Includes following access permissions guidelines, usability best practices, and ensuring a consistent narrative and voice across HR content.
  • Compile monthly site usage metrics and communications insight reports that inform how we evolve our HR sites, communications, and programmatic strategies.
  • Create and coordinate monthly HR newsletters that support our HR Evolution strategy, needs, and priorities.
  • Coordinate certain events and write scripts that inject micro-messages to innately change targeted audience behaviors.
  • Monitor various communications channels for employee and manager sentiment themes, which will be used to inform change management and communications strategies.
