As a Business Development Representative you will identify opportunities for Mobility, Fixed, Unified Comms, Security, Cloud & Hosting and IoT though outbound calling, social selling (with an Social Selling Index of 70%+), and following up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads as appropriate to the sales strategy, with a 30% conversion rate. This process will involve engaging with customers’ buying centres and working with field Sales or Digital Sales Executives to engage with customers via the telephone and digitally. You will provide continuous support to clients’ sales teams to identify sales-ready opportunities, with a deep understanding of prospects’ business drivers and how Vodafone can bring value to them. You will be working within the Irish market and will be responsible for conducting pre-call research in order to build 2.5x pipeline on a monthly basis, ensuring that opportunities are followed up by sales reps and that they do not become stuck or stale during the sales cycle.
