Due to an influx of new clients being onboarded, there is a requirement for a Business Data Analyst to help analyse current business processes & identify process improvements to ensure they continue to provide a high quality service to clients. You will need to be technically confident to get stuck in with the data sets, as well as able to effectively communicate with clients. This role will include requirements gathering, business analysis, data analysis & using ETL tools to map and understand complex data.
