Aspira is currently looking for Business Analysts to join us on either contract or permanent basis.
SKILLS:
- Strong Communication (verbal & written) and Interpersonal Skills
- Analyse regulatory legal documentation and translate them into business requirement documents with full traceabilty between the specific legal points and “hard” requirements for development and “soft” requirements for procedure/process changes.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A strong and motivational leader
- Demonstrable ability to think "outside of the box" and innovate
- Proven ability to drive and manage change
- Comfortable challenging the ideas of others
- Strong influencing skills, particularly with senior executives
- Capable of working across borders and cross organizational boundaries
- Commercial acumen
Experience Required
- Must have external facing web applications experience
- Must have AGILE experience
- Providing guidance and support for company projects and initiatives
- Data analysis and production of technical documentation
- Regular updates to senior stakeholders
- Presentation of results to senior stakeholder
- Educated to degree level
- 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience
- Top-Tier Consulting experience a distinct advantage
