Aspira are currently seeking 2 x Business Analysts for long term projects in Dublin city centre.  The contracts will be offered on an initial 6-month contract with a view to extension for up to 2 years.

The ideal candidates will work on a number of different projects that are at various stages in their lifecycle and will be required to produce some or all of the following deliverables.

1 x Business Analyst:

• High Level and Detailed Requirements Documents covering both functional and non-functional requirements
• User Stories and supporting material
• Process flow diagrams of As-Is and To-Be processes
• Requirements Traceability Matrices.

1 x Business Analyst

• Likely to be working on an IDAM (Identity and Access Management) project.
• High Level and Detailed Requirements Documents covering both functional and non-functional requirements
• Epics, Features and User Stories in Azure DevOps
• Experience working in both waterfall and agile SDLC.
• Process flow diagrams of As-Is and To-Be processes
• Requirements Traceability Matrices.
• Take a strategic view on the implications of the solution to be delivered.
• Take into account other projects and initiatives - see the bigger picture.
• Have a good understanding of formal project management processes.

Experience required:

• In excess of 5 years’ recent Business Analysis experience.
• Broad experience of business analysis techniques particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modelling
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Capable of facilitating requirements workshops with multiple diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable working within a team environment.
• Decisive, organized self-starters.
• Willing and able to work under pressure.
• Plan their work, estimate their activities and deliver on commitments.
• Capable of working on multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Capable of quickly fitting in to a new organisation and adapting to inflight projects.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have:

• Experience of working on large complex projects
• Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience of working in the public and/or financial sector.
• The ideal candidates will have worked on a number of large and complex Projects in a Business Analyst role. As experienced Professionals, they will understand the importance and relevance of each aspect of Project Delivery and Business Analysis.
